Originally a small town in Somerset with possibly Roman origins, Bedminster boasts a rich history with archaeological finds suggesting it was once an enclosed rural farmstead, possibly tracing back to the Iron Age. Presently, Bedminster is a charming area characterised by a lively High Street and a variety of local shops, pubs, coffee houses, and restaurants. Osborne Court offers a distinct living experience with two spacious buildings spanning two stories. Shared spaces on the ground floor complement the private bedrooms found on each level. Residents effortlessly navigate between floors using either the lift or stairs.
The accommodation at Osborne Court is thoughtfully divided across two floors. Ground level features residential and dementia care facilities, while the first floor caters to Nursing and Nursing Dementia Care needs. Boasting 55 single occupancy rooms, residents are treated to En-suite facilities with accessible WC facilities conveniently close to communal areas. Each room is modernly furnished with amenities such as television and telephone points, complemented by electric profile beds. The premises ensure resident safety with digital keypads securing all external entry points. Various communal areas include two main lounges showcasing garden views, an activity room, dining spaces, and a hair salon, providing ample recreational space for residents.
Exclusive to staff use, Osborne Court features designated areas including the kitchen, staff room, offices, domestic cupboard, Medicine cupboard, nurse station/treatment room, store rooms, tank room, and boiler room.
