The office hours for The Firs Homecare Limited are from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Outside of these hours, our automated service will provide you with necessary contact information, such as emergency callout details.



We offer our services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.


All requests for domiciliary care support are handled by this office, which then arranges for community support workers to visit individuals based on the care needs outlined in the care assessment plan.


After a comprehensive assessment of care needs conducted by Firs Homecare Limited, the appropriate domiciliary support is determined. When the Community Support Services can address an individual's requirements, a risk assessment and a summary of care needs are completed before the scheduled care begins.


Community Support Services provide a range of domiciliary services, including personal care, supervision, and support for individuals with mental health illness, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, older individuals who are physically frail, and those with sensory impairments.
